Reporting online abuse

I have saved the information, now where do I report it?

Where to report depends on what sort of stuff it is.

If you use chat or IM and feel that somebody is acting in a suspicious way to either yourself or others, please contact the Virtual Global Taskforce.

If you encounter online content which contains any of the following
  • Images of child abuse, anywhere in the world
  • Adult material that breaks the UK Obscene Publications Act
  • Criminally racist material in the UK
Please contact the Internet Watch Foundation to report online content abuse. The IWF act as a filter for the Police and move quickly where they have to.

Any other type of incident can be reported to the support team of the service you are using.
