This site does not ask you to register personal identifying information (PII) to play the game. We recommend that you do not use your real name when registering a username on this site.
How do I get support
We do not ask for your e-mail address, except for the purposes of providing support. The contact forms on WebSafe Crackerz have an e-mail option, which allows us to reply to users who have any issues, concerns or comments. We delete all PII supplied to us on the contact form when we have addressed the user's issue. If we are not sure that an issue is resolved, we will delete the data in any case 3 months after our last contact with you.
What we do with your feedback
We read feedback and use it to improve the site. In some instances, we may use feedback received for PR purposes - in all cases we will ensure the anonymity of the sender. Your e-mail address will never be published or released to third parties. By submitting feedback to us, you agree to these conditions of use.
What we do with survey information
We may from time to time post a pop up survey on the prize page. This is completely anonymous and is used to help us improve WebSafe Crackerz. In some instances, we may use the survey data for PR purposes (press releases, sponsor presentations, promotional work in schools and colleges) By submitting information on the survey, you agree to these conditions of use. If you don't like this, just don't do the survey.

Where this information is requested, you will be covered by the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the relevant partner's site.
