Using your real name as an e-mail address doesn't make sense. Instead, u should make your username up and add some underscore characters and numbers, a bit like this: earth_2_blinky@hotmail.com
Remember, Spam Corp can forge the subject lines in e-mail, but they can only guess what your name might be. If u were called Sam, can u guess which one of these mails is more likely to be spam?

The answer is they could both be Spam. But example 2 is more tricksy, because your real name was used.
Your mates aren't likely to send u mails using your made-up name, so get inventive and beat the spammers.
