To report spam anywhere else, u need to know the originating ISP.
This is easier said than done, because most Spam mail is faked to make it look like it came from somewhere else.
A spam mail from someone@A_BIG_ISP.com, will probably be faked.
Reporting it to abuse@A_BIG_ISP.com won't do anything because the mail didn't actually go through their servers. It just looks like it did.
